I strongly don't recommend

(Jenessa Miller) for your youth councilor. From the beginning I wanted a different therapist for my boys.

My children were just drop from her . Due to what they call insufficient absence. I always call the front desk if we're ever going to not be able to make it.

From the start.. My sons weren't really able to meet with Ms.Miller.. I signed them up in November of last year..they didn't start their lst session until January..Due to the weather or her just calling out sick..

I can count one one hand how many time she's called out because he has a (Migraine) or (Bronchitis). She always says she's (tired if you ask her how's she doing in the morning)

She changes her number frequently so u can't keep track of things...I asked for the attendance tracking because I was threatened with my boys being dropped..and I have my own sessions so I don't understand how they missed so many...when I scheduled for the same date..as me

Whenever my boy came for a session..she was never on time.. if your appointment @9 am she's not coming to get you until 9:10 then says she has to go do something..

If you set your time for a session in the morning she will as for you to move it around...front desk can never reach her.

Front desk (I believe Faith was her name) is disrespectful. I had weekly appointments but canceled all appointments due to her attitude. I’ve called to cancel an appointment before for a partner who I rushed to the hospital for stroke like symptoms 30 minutes before his appointment and the attitude I was given was ridiculous. I figured she was having a bad day. But since then I’ve encountered her 2 or 3 more times and it’s just disgusting somebody this foul is working front desk at a place that’s there to help mental health. Patients seeking help for mental health should not be talked down too or with such attitude and disrespect for things out of their control. The manager Desiree was very kind and helped me with one of my issues. Would consider still going here if the one at the front desk was removed from dealing...

I saw Ben for about 4 months he’s an amazing therapist definitely in the right field. I grew so much in my time spent with him. I switched to Casey for female perspective and I’ve been nothing but impressed. These two have improved my overall outlook on life and my relationship. Highly recommend...
