Disappointed. While Ed was very friendly and knew exactly how to put my mind at ease. The outcome was not as expected. I have been to events here before but my daughter's wedding was not comparable. Bad night? Not sure. But we were kicked out half hour early. Wouldn't seem like a bad thing but for the price...we should have been able to leave at 11:00 on the nose if we wanted. The staff member approached me, mother of the bride, and asked, "are you going to be leaving early?" This was hugely inappropriate and took away my time of celebration as I had to go to the lounge and look for the florist's number so the staff member could call "in case" we are finished early. Well, she called the florist and had her come out at 10:30 to begin tear down. The DJ stopped playing at that time even though we were on the dance floor. The bar stopped serving drinks. Party over. The beef medallions were tough and the chicken entree was dry. The bar tenders were rude to several guests and the drinks were horribly strong. Horribly strong. They would not serve shots to the bridal party, so if you were planning on having shots together forget that. The patio is very dark at night. The only light is the fire pit which was nice but still very dark out there. Disappointed. Very, very expensive. I feel I could have done much better elsewhere for better value. Also, here you will pay for the number of guests you reserve regardless of how many show. AND you will not take home leftovers. The Marriot and certainly other venues will take a final head count and charge you accordingly. Just a thought. One more thing, the private, locked bridal room provided is very tiny. Maybe 8X8. Read moreI would definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone! I spent around $7,000 to have happen what I least expected to happen for the price. That was why I paid more but had more problems then ever! They started cleaning up and putting things away 30-45 minutes early (while my wedding reception was still going on--so embarrassing), they took away MORE then 1 plates from my guests "assuming" they were done but really they were just up getting a drink and said that they would make a new one but it would take awhile to reheat up the ovens. I also had spend a lot of money on 2 enormous balloons that the workers stole! Not only did they steal my expensive balloons (that are now discontinued & can no longer get) they had lied to the person in charge saying that they didn't see them or take anything. Sorry but pictures don't lie!! And they also lied saying that they gave my guests new plates which never happened! From our understanding there was going to be lighting and decor on the wall behind the head table but to our surprise there was nothing. So it looked very plain and horrible. They have someone in the bathrooms to help and wait on you with paper towels, toilet trees etc. but the lady in the girls bathroom was either on her phone, listening to music or not even present. Waste of complete money. When trying to get ahold of the owner (tried for OVER a month) Finally calls back and yelled/argued with us. Totally unexceptable and Highly unprofessional!! Don't WASTE...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of working with The Pinnacle for a large-scale event hosted at our venue. While they’ve catered here in the past, this was my first time personally coordinating with their team — and I was thoroughly impressed from start to finish.
Their pre-event communication was clear, timely, and professional, which made planning seamless on our end. On event day, they arrived exactly as scheduled, fully prepared, and with a staff that was both professional and kind.
The food was exceptional — high-quality, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We received a number of compliments from attendees. Their team also went above and beyond with post-event cleanup, leaving our kitchen space spotless and organized, which is always greatly appreciated.
Based on this experience, I will absolutely continue recommending The Pinnacle for future events. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence make them highly recommended...
