The two people that started the line were incompetent and didn't know what they were doing. The red head who came out after to help the line move was excellent kind curious. The lady working was rude and had a bad attitude and the other gentleman that started with her was hitting her infront of the counter (playfully) still not ok for a business. Read moreI would like to give a shout out to employees Bella and Coco who were very friendly and helpful during our visit yesterday. I was traveling with 2 teachers from China who had never tasted/tried many of our American sandwiches and Bella not only went out of her way to be patient and friendly with the teachers, even when they had a hard time understanding her English, but she also allowed them to sample the chicken caesar. Extremely slow, they acted like we were inconveniencing them by patronizing the business. Maybe it’s a generational thing but these younger kids who were working there are in no hurry to get the line moving or make customers even want to return. Overall the dining area could have been cleaner as well. I myself will not return to this subway store and hope whomever is the franchise owner makes some serious changes to the staff...
