A am happy share what an excellent experience I had working Master Craft Hearth & Home in McCall. We had previously had a HORRIBLE experience with another fireplace business in McCall -- if only I had gone to Master Craft FIRST because the team there really knows their stuff!

We purchased a pellet stove insert and the sales team (Christie & Holly) was highly knowledgeable and helped us determine the best insert for our needs. They were efficient in getting our unit ordered and the installation scheduled. Reliability was KEY for us as we have found trades in McCall are notoriously NOT reliable but the Master Craft team did not disappoint! They showed up when they said they would and the did the work that needed to be done. Like many installs, sometimes you run into a glitch. We found some major structural issues with our existing chimney structure and Master Craft once again came to our rescue by recommending a skilled tradesman who took great care in making sure our new pellet insert was solid and structurally sound. Additionally, they also recommended a reputable stone mason that they frequently use on their projects. Like Master Craft, the two third-party tradesman referred to us were EXCELLENT!

Awesome service! This was one of my most enjoyable experiences working with a contractor. The communication from these folks was outstanding (unfortunately we now apparently live in a time where contractors rarely return phone calls). The price was certainly reasonable.
