My experience with AT&T online is what lead me into our local store. My online experience was beyond frustrating. When I went into the store I had the good fortune of being helped by Enanda Hill. She sat with me and navigated an issue that needed to be resolved online for more than an hour... even past closing hours for the store. We finally had this issue resolved. My last bit of business was to get wifi at a new residence. She helped me set this up as well. The following day she called to check to see if I had been able to get this process completed. I had NOT! Again, I had multiple frustrations with the online store and spoke to all of India in the process! Ms. Hill continued to help me get connected with a technician and checked with me throughout this process to be sure I received services. This was most definitely above and beyond her job duties!

   Read moreDO NOT GO HERE. Last year we switched from sprint to At&t. They took our Sprint phones and we informed them we wanted to be on the At&t Next plan so we could upgrade yearly. We signed paperwork and were sent on our way. We then get a notice from Sprint that we owe $1200 even though the associate said they bought out our contract. We call the associate and he says it's all handled dont worry about it. HE LIED. We went into collections with Sprint because of his negligence and At&t's REFUSAL to send any paperwork stating SPECIFICALLY that they took our Sprint phones. We eventually settle with Sprint and fast forward to a month ago. We go to a different At&t store so we could Upgrade our phones and they inform us that the last associate went against our wishes and put us on a 30 month contract! IF I KNEW YOUR NAME ASSOCIATE I WOULD CALL CORPORATE. But instead I called corporate on the whole store and am filing a complaint...

Well my experience was that they want to sell you a phone so I bit and purchased a phone,got a number and once I left the number I chose was not the number I got! Walked back inside and was told that they were sorry and that it would cost around 40 bucks if they corrected their mistake and for me to call customer service and they may correct their mistake at no charge but not really sure!
