Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in McComb

Almost everytime I’ve gone I have received THE ALL TIME WORST customer service ever. They are some of the rudest and most disrespectful people I have ever encountered. Time after time I have received horrible customer service and wrong pizzas. It so aggravating. I always give them the benefit of the doubt, but last time was my last straw. Th I would rather waste HOURS of my time attempting to make a somewhat decent pizza than support this location EVER again. Please talk with ALL your employees about the importance simple respect and kindness that’s it. Basic respect and kindness is really what the world needs right now. I always walked to your location with a huge smile followed by a “Hey are you ??!!”. I sad that I didn’t recythat same sort of salutations in return.

The app said our order was ready to be picked up when I got to the window I was told it would be 30 more minutes. They had 70 orders or something and they were behind. I understand that things happen but I waited in the parking lot for a whole hour before my order (1 large pizza and bread sticks) was ready. The worst part is the food was luke warm when I picked it up.

It was disappointing to wait an extra hour for my food but even more so that the food wasn't even fresh.

Thank you for bringing Papa John's to McComb! Newest craving: the Meatball Pepperoni Papadia- yum. So delicious! The Italian is a savory second. And of course some spicy wings on the side and warm brownies for desert!
