! R U D E C U S T O M E R S E R V I C E ! My experience at that specific location is terrible there is a specific lady w glasses n short that always has a rude/ annoying face. Last time I went she only stare at me, this time she was pissed off way before is got to the register. Like she want to leave already, I get that she is working, but can she at least put a smile on her face. This time I ask her about the price of all the stuff n she just looked at the computer screen. My brother then proceeded to get her the money. I told my brother that I was leaving and was going to wait for him by the exit. She then proceeds to kind of throw/slide the money on the counter. My brother said that she justed stared and proceeded to tell him “Hurry up”. I really don’t like ever posting anything but I feel that because I was different n she has an agenda on ppl of my race. That why I prefer to go to ROSS DRESS FOR LESS than to go to Marshalls.

This is my favorite store in the mall! They have clothing for the entire family with name brands. Discounts are found too, just browse for them and you will find a good deal. They have a great shoe department and this is where you can really score a good deal! My husband and I both are hard to fit in the shoe department, but I can usually find what we need when we need it here. And at half the price that the shoes would be in another retail location/store. Cashiers ignore people of their choosing and walk away with out saying a word. Least you can do is acknowledge them and say I'll be right back not just look straight at someone and walk away. I just put my stuff down and walked out. If that's how you treat your customers I do not want to support the business.
