Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in McComb

Ever since opening in 2022, this has been one of my favorite fast food places to grab a bite to eat at. Let’s get started with the review!

Food The food is delicious, I can’t recommend it enough! In contrast to Popeyes, KFC, and other places, they don’t over bread or overcook their chicken. It’s a nice, crispy layer, with tender, juicy chicken underneath. A lot of people love their grilled chicken options as well- while they’re not for me, I’m sure if you like grilled chicken, you’ll enjoy them, too!

Service A lot of fast food places have rude or uncaring workers. While I don’t blame them too much, given how little most places pay them, the difference is night and day. Every Chick-fil-A employee who has provided service for me is always nice, professional, and courteous. I do believe that Chik-fil-A holds their employees to a higher standard, and they probably pay them enough to upkeep those standards.

Atmosphere I am not much of a dine in person, but the interior has always been kept nice and clean. If I wanted to dine in at any fast food place, it would definitely be here. The double drive thru and the generous sized parking lot are easy to...

I never thought that I would review a Chick-fil-A, but after stopping here on a road trip I decided it was definitely reveiw worthy. First of all this place is huge! There is tons of seating inside. We stopped there at noon and had no trouble finding a place to sit. There are definitely tables for larger groups. The drive-thru lines were so long, but they were definitely handling the line like pros. The service at the counter was friendly and efficient. Our food came out quickly and it was hot. I have to note I ordered the original chicken sandwich and the chicken filet was huge. I don't know if that is the norm, there, but it definitely isn't the norm at our Chick Fil-A's in Arkansas. Nerd Alert- I loved the trash can and took a picture. You walk up to it and it has a motion detector and it opens up for you to throw your trash. On 01/16/25 around 5:30 pm, (saying the date and time so y’all can know exactly who), my friend &’ I went to this Chick-fil-a. The girl taking our order was extremely nice, yet the other workers made it unwelcoming. As soon as we walked in, a white female with glasses &’ blonde-ish hair kept staring, talking, and laughing. Then turned to another white girl with a red streak of hair in the front to say something. The red streak girl then turned around &’ did the exact same thing. Laugh, stare, talked. Not professional at all. We then waited for about 20 minutes just for someone who came in 10 minutes after us to get their food before us. Turns out our food got bumped off, &’ we strongly believe those 2 girls bumped the order off (since they were my the screen that does that.)
