Excellent Ribs! This is one of the few places that I have experienced that did not disappoint when it comes to ribs. I am so impressed, I am writing this review, which I don’t do very often. The ribs are juicy tender fall-off-the-bone ribs and have great flavor. Our sides were good too - broccoli cheese and rice casserole, baked beans, potato salad, and apple cobbler. This restaurant is located in a Marathon service station. The rating caught my eye and I had to try. We’ve been to most restaurants in this city but never got food from here. My brother told me about this place, saying their ribs are known for being “falling off the bone” tender. I’ve been there for 2 take-out “meat only” orders. Both orders had a slab of ribs, their half & whole chicken halves, and once each fo the pork chops and boudin. And, everything has been fantastic! A total of 3 of us have eaten both orders and have enjoyed the meats from there. The sides look delicious and I’ll eventually try those. I’ll definitely be back soon!
