I can in and was told it would be a 20 minute wait. There were two ladies cutting hair. Even though there were several work areas they were working side by side which I felt was inappropriate during Covid. One worker had her son with her and sent him into the store to buy some more gel. She spent several minutes arguing with him because he didn't want to do it. Several people can in while I was waiting and were given an estimate on possible time. One lady walked in and was told to take a seat but they didn't give her a time. She said she would be back. About 15 minutes later one worker funished. I was getting ready to move to her chair. She turned to me and told me she had to take the other lady first because she had an appointment. I understand that but why didn't she tell me that when the other lady first walked up. This salon helped me so much. My normal hair dresser was unavailable to do my hair and my party was this weekend. Blaire and her team have been working hard all day and made an acceptation to do my coloring and all after their Normal hours of doing chemicals. Blaire had been working so much that day and did so much, even taking me in and working on me after hours. I had a hard time processing my roots but she did the best of her ability to correct it but being my hair could not take another lift, she rescheduled me for a few weeks later to come back in for a fix. I got me pink and purple underlights and she even styled it and I feel fabulous. I went in to get a bob cut the girl does a pixie cut which is way too short I was devastated my hair has never in my life been this short ..I called the manager the very next day and she brings me in to try and fix it and was apparently in able to fix it it was so bad been to 4 different salons and no one can do anything to fix it ...the embarrassment in behind the hair cut is devastating and my hair grows so slow ..after dealing with it for 2 weeks I have decided to hire a lawyer and file charges in behind the devastation behind it ..it's illegal for them to do that to people and some may put a bad review and move on but I will spend thousands so it can't be done to anyone else truly devastated..I was in tears when I left that place emotionally and...
