We have been looking for at least 2 months until we decided to stop in and give Chair King a try. I must say that we were 150% satisfied with the end results. The staff was nothing less than superior. I’d like to extend a special thank you to our sales rep who LITERALLY took the time to assist us until we were COMPLETELY satisfied with our new purchase. Mr. Frank Roof who had outstanding ideas, willingness to work for 4 days on this was purely amazing. He was VERY personable, had lots of character & professionalism. He is a very friendly, highly knowledgeable individual who will take the time and listen to what you’re trying to do and will stand by your side no matter how small or how big your project will be. I have zero reservations at all to extend Mr. Frank Roofs name if your looking to make your outside area a perfect 10 ! I’d like to start out by saying Chair King of McKinney was our spectacular store of choice. It all started after weeks of looking around then decided to give chair king a try. This was what made our project so successful.. Mr Frank Roof, one of their CSR”s was purely “ AMAZING” He took the time to listen and understand what we were trying to accomplish and after days of ideas, measurements & suggestions, Mr. Frank had hit us a home run. There was not one negative thing that we could have said about what we had experienced. This place knows what customer service means. I have to start with Daron the store manger. Daron is the main reason we purchased our furniture from the chair king in McKinney. We shopped around for months looking at different stores and other chair king locations and we kept coming back to Daron. He was not a sales guy, he was like a friend educating and guiding us through all of our questions and concerns. He helped us pick the furniture sets that for best for our lifestyle, budget, comfort and backyard space we were working with.
