Matthew Maddox just doesn't care who he takes a case for. He is now defending a man here in McKinney, Texas today 05/31/2018 who is in the Mexican Mafia. He is defending him in a child custody case. The man he is defending is wearing a GPS police device and is from Rockwall Texas. This man held his wife and three kids hostage and at gunpoint for about twenty days or so.At night he brought them together then put a gun to his wife's head told her if she ever left him again he would blow her brains out. While he was doing this he had the three kids in the room ages two twins seven years old. One three year old girls. He made the girls watch him do this then he told his wife after he blew her brains out that he was taking them to Mexico and selling them. There is so much more to this story. Maddox doesn't care who he defends as long as he gets that cash. This might be one time he doesn't get any cash. This mans last attorney removed himself from defending this Mexican Mafia mans case after he found out about the lifestyle that he lives. I will admit that I have never seen an attorney ask for release in court in front of the judge. I think myself that the attorney was scared for his life.
