Awful Awful Awful Customer Service. They Never Deliver The Exact Customize Bagels orders that I placed online! Literally Never! And For the 2nd time, they gave us the wrong sandwiches! I ordered bagels and lunch sandwiches online for the entire family today. My son had to drive back and forth for about 40 minutes to pick up the order. As usual, they completely changed the bagels! They told my son they didn't have the exact customized bagels that I ordered in stock! They ran out! They always always have the same excuse! They allow the customers to choose and select their favorite bagels and customize their orders online, they accept the orders, they finalize the orders, they take the money, but 10 minutes later, when you are actually in the store to pick up your order, they don't deliver your order!!! They tell you, oops, sorry, we ran out!!! We are out of stock!!! And they gave you whatever they had, not whatever you wished and paid for! Today, not only did they mess up my customized bagel order AGAIN, also, for the SECOND time, they gave us the wrong lunch sandwiches! I ordered and paid for two Toasted Steak & White Cheddar sandwiches, and they gave us a Pesto Basil Tomato Sandwich!!! I don't even find this specific sandwich on their menu! It's probably a special order from someone! I called the store FOUR times and No One answered the phone! Also, there is no answering machine to leave a message! My son had to drive about 40 minutes, going back to the store and returning the sandwich! He didn't even wish to pick up another sandwich from there anymore. He said it's not worth it! Today, I ordered my meal online with the time I wanted it prepared at 6:20. I drove back from work in traffic, arrived at 6:26 and it was not only not ready but the screen reflecting the orders waiting didn't show my name. I asked a worker if my order was placed to which she replied it will be ready in a little while. When my order was ready, my drink cup was not in the order. I went and asked for a drink cup, to which she replied did I even order a drink (it was on my receipt, which was on the bag, she should have known better than me). I go to get a Pepsi, and notice the soda is flat. Like no bubbles at all. I went back and said something to a different worker who came back and told me all their sodas were flat. Read moreWe paid with a $50 bill. our meal was $35.46 so our cash back was $14.54 . we received our meal after we paid and we weren’t pleased with it . when we asked for a refund “Nikki” the manager told us she couldn’t give us our refund back in cash but she could put it on a card . We asked why we couldn’t have our $50 bill back if that’s how we paid and she said they don’t offer cash back refunds . So we gave her a card and asked her how much we were getting back she said $20.92 . Our meal was 35.46 . I asked Nikki why weren’t we getting the full refund and she said that was the full refund . - I physically had to pull out a calculator to show her she was incorrect - once she realized we weren’t leaving without the full amount she says “this is why we don’t do cash back.” As if it was our fault . she then told us to give her the $14.56 back and she will give us the $50 bill back.
