The pitas at this place are good. However, that is the only reason they are worth 1 star and even then, the food quality is not worth the headache. Read all the 1-star reviews because they are accurate. I've given this place multiple chances and the only consistency they have is consistently messing up my order. At a normal restaurant, opening the container and checking your food before you take it home would resolve this issue. At this place, you literally have to open and dissect every single thing you order (as if you were going to eat it right then) or else you will find something missing, overdone, or underdone when you get home. If a restaurant has good customer service and typically gets my order correct, I am not the type to call and complain if they get my order wrong- I will give them the benefit of the doubt based on my previous experience with them. However, after multiple calls to the new manager (who says she is the daughter of the former owners/managers), there have been solely excuses and sob stories, never any changes or good recent experiences to give them any benefit anymore. The new manager has admitted to the incompetence and poor customer service of the staff in our phone calls, but stated it is either due to new staffing, understaffing, or because they are busy. I keep coming back thinking changes will be implemented and they never are. The new manager is completely unfit to run this place and it's unfortunate because when her parents were running it, this place was great. Also, the female staff member who claims to have worked there for 10 years is completely unprofessional, rude, and never admits to her mistakes in taking down the wrong order, even when witnesses are present to validate what you said. I've worked in healthcare for multiple years and still can recognize when mistakes are made and take full accountability. I am DONE with this place. When you're working long hours, sometimes all you want is to sit down, relax, and have a good meal. If that's what you're looking for, this is not the place to provide that for you. The other review that says Zoes Kitchen is the better option in food and customer service is...

I tried three different delicious grilled meats -Chicken,Beef and lamb with different sides ,salad ,pita and their delicious sauces.
Review : Greek salad: Starting off with the beautifully presented Fresh Greek Salad , All the ingredients used were actually fresh and of good quality. It was decorated with beets ,potatoes feta cheese.
You can choose your own ingredients too: Lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, green peppers, kalamata olives, pepperoncini peppers, potato salad, feta cheese, and beets. Y’all should really try it.
Greek potato : Soft Potato wedges with slight tangy taste different from the regular potato wedges i’ve tried before.
Steak skewer: (Beef) This was my favorite item ! I loved it. Definitely going back for this! So tender ,soft & juicy plus full of taste. It was not spicy but you can taste the seasoning in it one word-Delicious.
Gyro meat: (Lamb) the shaved gyro meat melts in your mouth im not a fan of lamb meat but this tasted very good lol 😏They serve it over rice and fresh greek with salad, pita and tzatziki sauce.
Chicken skewer (Kabob): Chicken had a really good flavor to it , well marinated but a lil but on a dry side and im sure it can be improved since it has flavor and a good blend of spices.
Greek Rice: Not the plain average white rice that you can eat with proteins. Long grain seasoned rice i dint exactly know what seasoning it was but man it so tasted good.
FRIED PITA: Ok this was a new item for me I haven’t tried anything like fried pita before but surprisingly it was tasty crispy crunchy pita that you can eat with any of their sauces.
Sauces & hummus: Good side of sauces and hummus to eat with any of their items
Other interesting items on their menu are GRILLED SALMON , chicken /gyro pita, olympian pita ,lamb burger , soups and a variety of food on the kids menu too
So overall i had a pleasent experience eating fresh grilled Greek food but you have to go try it yourself and if y’all decide to go back again and again (like me) you better download their app to join the loyalty program.
Restaurant is very clean too with super nice staff! Wish...
Read moreIn the realm of culinary adventures, one expects to encounter delightful flavors, not unexpected surprises. Alas, my recent visit to Little greek fresh grill was marred by an unwelcome ingredient—a hair, thoughtfully nestled within my meal.
In a display of astonishing nonchalance, the response from the establishment was nothing short of underwhelming. Despite my genteel request for a replacement, it seemed that customer satisfaction was a dish best served cold—alongside a side of disrespect.
Me: "May I have full meal replaced? and make it to go as I dont have time." Staff: "No. I will give you only salad. because hair is found only in salad"
What kind of image do you have of your customers? Are they mere beggars? This lack of respect is unacceptable. I left the entire plate of untouched food (no one eats food with hair in it) and left the restaurant.
During my return to get the receipt, it's unfortunate that even after the staff offered a complete replacement, my interest in the restaurant had waned due to feeling disrespected. The image clearly depicts the hair, which was found in the salad and placed outside the table.
It appears that Little Greek Fresh Grill-Halal has mastered the art of selective attention; unfortunately, it is at the expense of their patrons’ palates. One can only hope that they will take this feedback as a seasoning for improvement, realizing that in the realm of gastronomy, customer experience reigns supreme. Until then, diners may find themselves wondering if a strand of hair is just another unadvertised ingredient...
