UPDATE: After seeing my review, the owner, Chris, personally reached out to apologize for the unprofessional behavior I encountered. He took my concerns seriously and had Josh replace my hard drive within 24 hours. My laptop is now performing much better. I really appreciate the quick turnaround and Chris’s effort to make things right.
ORIGINAL REVIEW I had a very disappointing experience at this computer repair shop. When I first called a week ago to inquire about replacing my hard drive, the employee I spoke with was professional, helpful, and told me the process would likely take a day. Based on that, I scheduled my visit and came in a week later expecting a straightforward service.
Unfortunately, the in-person experience was completely different. The employee who helped me was rude, dismissive, and talked down to me rather than offering clear, respectful explanations. When I asked about data recovery, instead of kindly informing me that it could take months, he made me feel judged and belittled. It was as if “Mr. IT Guy” cared more about showing off than helping a customer who came in with honest questions.

My computer is 7 years old so I wasn't sure if it was worth it to fix or bite the bullet and get a new one. I talked to William who was so kind and helpful. He told me to bring it down and they would look at it. I bought it down there around 2pm. John was amazing. He said he thought he might know what the problem was.
