I am visiting from out of town & had to purchase a vape. My first visit was to browse & pick up papers (regular zig-zag 2 bucks each great price!. I told the lady I'd return to buy a vape that I was just browsing..

I came back that same day I decided to purchase the smok nord 4. I felt sort of rushed during my transaction & purchasing. So I really didn't know how to use tje vape I just bought an introduction would have been nice.

I left with my vape & let the coil saok for about 30 min before I tried it. The first try tje button stuck & I had to psh it frantically & pull the pod out to get it to stop cookin my coil! It was poping & making crazy sizzling sounds..

I immediately called & explained what had just happened, I they said to return & we'll figure it out. I return & she offers me coils & I told her I'd like to exchange it for something else if possible because the problem will only get worse not better!

She was awesome!! Gave me extra coils & a voopoo argus pro for same price. She said I won't be disappointed! She is right!! This vape is awesome!! Leann I believe her name was. Super chill lady awesome service & outstanding vape selection..

The only thing that could have been improved was to have an introduction to my product purchas(es).

Sure you can send it back but who can afford to have their cash tied up for a couple months. The accessory in question looked kinda cheap online but when I actually held it in my hands, I bought it! It was inexpensive but far exceeded my expectations for quality! It is why I prefer to make most of my purchases locally. I’ve tried repeatedly to shop here because finding piercings online can occasionally be difficult and vortex doesn’t usually have big enough sizes. I swear they used to have a metal gauge sized or something but last time i came in the girl working grabbed a piece of jewelry that i already felt may have been bigger than the size i wanted and sized it next to a piece of paper. I for obvious reason was weary but she repeatedly tried to convince me it was the size i was looking for and so i took it because at the time i had nothing to compare it to. i asked if i took it home and didnt put it in if i could return it and she said no. i took it home and put it next to jewelry i had of the same size and it was very clearly the wrong size.
