Union Block Coffee — Restaurant in McMinnville

This a cute little coffee shop so I was hoping I would have a positive experience there. Unfortunately it wasn't. I asked a question about a drink and the woman running the register treated me like I was stupid for not knowing. She didn't answer the question, just shoved a menu in my face and told me to read it. Then I ordered tea with steamed milk. She practically threw the tea on the counter and some water sloshed out (no milk). When I asked if she could add some steamed milk like I asked, she seemed annoyed. She then added cold milk, which made the whole drink cold. I ordered a muffin which was also cold. I debated on how many stars but I went low because I think my overall experiences haven't been great. I want to give the girl barista 4 stars because she is really quick and makes a pretty good latte but she has only been there once out of the 5 times I've been there. The boy barista...is awful. He is SO slow and made me a latte that was so gross I literally couldn't drink it. They need better management too. I was in there once when they had a new girl who literally didn't know how to do anything, she was just standing there, and the boy barista. The line was out the door and people started leaving because he is slow normally but he was trying to do the register and the drinks at the same time. Didn't go well. I was excited for this place based on the reviews but was sadly disappointed. First I ordered the Kahlua drink and was told they were out of the coffee liqueur flavored syrup. I said ok, that's fine, I'll have it anyway. Then I ordered the breakfast sandwich which was supposed to come with a side of bistro sauce and strawberries. I was told they were out of both the sauce and the berries. I was charged full price for the sandwich anyway even though I didn't even get half the items it was supposed to come with. It was only 9:30am or so, which is quite early in the day to be running low on so many things. The coffee and the sandwich were fine, but...
