Went in with spouse and their son, had a small backpack on. Both employees stood in one area in front of t-shirts at the entrance proceeded to ask us how we were doing 4-5 times. Or if wr were finding everything okay anytime I left their line of sight. Or if we moved anywhere in the store. As others came in they didn't once diverge there attention or ask anyone else. But then on proceeded to follow me around the store anytime I went anywhere. I had stuff in my arms and was trying to enjoy our trip to the mall. She had a poor attitude, directed at me , she's got short brown hair. And livley drawn on triangles above and below her eyes. And has been probably the most unkind and rotten spencers employee I've ever met. I let this feeling go as I've worked retail. Yes people steal it don't matter what they look like. She rushed up to the register to check me out instead of the other gal who was going to. Proceeded check me out being very curt and when I made my way to the front waiting for tge spouse and to get out of the way of others, she then checked out my spouse and their young adult. Who she was much more friendly and inviting to. This isn't a case of having a backpack in a store. Because there were like 4 other couples all who had much larger bags that were shoulder strung that would make it easier to take things. I dont know what her issue was. But I wasn't the only one who noticed. Without a word they both noticed her gross demeanor to me. And how her attitude immediately changed when I was gone. Spent like 150 there. For you to treat me like I'm gonna steal. You very clearly need training. On both situational awareness and communication. Sad everyone else I've met here has been great should have...

This is one of my favorite stores in the rogue valley mall but this time I vowed I won’t go back until the covid restrictions have changed, I understand the laws about wearing a mask, I wear one everywhere I go. I walked in this store and my glasses were fogging up and I lifted my mask for .1 second and I had a kid rush over to me and very rudely call me out infront of everyone in the store “pull your mask up and leave it up while your in the store” and walked away No please no thank you, just very rude. Then as I corrected the “problem” I was followed by a manager I’m sure throughout my whole visit. I wasn’t stealing, just because I got asked to pull my mask up. I complied in every way shape or form without a problem. This kind of treatment is not ok. Following someone around a store because I pulled my mask off my face for 1 second to unfog my glasses. I get were in a pandemic put quit treating your customers like their criminals. It’s ridiculous, especially when I was about to spend over 100 dollars in there. I feel degraded. Worst experience ever x3. The last three to four times I have been in the sales people stay behind the desk and do not greet customers or answer questions at all. This time was the last straw! My fiancé being the sweet man that he is bought me a sexy corset however their large is like a size 4 and I am a size nine so it didn't fit. He lest the salesperson, who we now know is the manager, that he was apprehensive on the sizing and she said nothing about the no return policy. We went to exchange and there was nothing in a realistic American size so I decided to return, which we now know is not possible. Had the manager mentioned at all that it was not able to be returned my intelligent fiancé would have waited to find something a little more reassuring. I mean come on!
