Spirit Halloween — Local services in Medina

Visit Spirit Halloween for all your Halloween needs. We have been to 27 different locations this year! We originally stopped here on September 17th, but they weren't open yet. Finally made our way back late in the season and lots of stuff is gone. Because these locations are seasonal, once they sell, they don't often get restocked... especially not late it the season. Be sure to get to your local Spirit Halloween early and start buying your costumes, masks, wigs, accessories, décor, collectibles, clothes, makeup and animatronics! Exceptionally poor customer service. There is a difference between being adamant about store refund policy, and showing outright animosity towards the customer.

I believe that if I was in that employees' shoes, the situation would have been much better handled.

I will not disclose names or physical features, but future customers shouldn't expect stellar service from a seasonal, discount outlet...

I have gone in a couple of times so far because I love Halloween and every time I have been, Bobby (or Bobbi, I'm not too sure) was working. They have been SO FRICKIN AWESOME. They are super sweet and always very cheerful. Please give this person a raise or something because...
