Update 11/11/2024 The employees are great and this has no regard for them. but resizing? Absolutely a headache….. She sent it off for a resize to a 6.5 The metal was oblong and thick and thin in spots Didn’t fit as it was too loose. So it got sent off again. For a 6.0 Got it back and it fits. But this time the metals not polished on the inside and it looks like absolute crap….. you can even see the welds where they cut and replaced the material. Advised from the store that it will never be perfect….. kinda heart breaking…… they say either accept it? Or send it off again……
Kind employees but this is extremely unacceptable…… definitely gives you a taste in the mouth….. we most definitely will not buy another ring again….. knowing this kind of service…… not the store employees but the company that does the repair…….. what a bad experience for a first time wedding…….
Update 11/11/2024 we went in at 5:30pm to discuss the mentioned above left with an unsatisfactory ring. The manager had told us she would do all in her power to satisfy the situation meaning hopeful to replace the ring thats been worked on twice with bad results each time. we left with said ring around 6:20pm and on our way home received a phone call from the manager stating informing us that she had gotten ahold of her district manager and had gotten approval for a full replacement of the defected ring. we are thankful and hopeful that when the new ring shows up that its perfect as any wedding ring should be.

Read moreI shopped there for an engagement and wedding band. I was without both for a long time because they needed to be down sized. When I got them back ( both separate times because I bought the engagement ring first then the wedding ring) the Neil Lane signature had been erased so I had to send them back. I reluctantly gave them both to be fused together after that but was reassured that the signature would not be erased. Guess what, not only was the signature erased, again, but they lost the wedding band! I got married with that wedding band and they wanted to give me another one that I wasn’t married with. Not the same Kay! So they gave me my money back for the wedding band. Not the same still! So I wore just the engagement ring and heard “Are you engaged, I thought that you were married “ etc., so I stopped wearing it and only took it out of the safe for their 6 month inspections. I asked them if I could have in store credit to buy something that I could actually wear but their “Policy” is that I would have to pay double! That’s funny, I can get in store credit at other jewelers and I did at Reiniger’s jewelers when I bought a beautiful ring from them and the stones kept falling out ( I have very small fingers) so I was able to get other jewelry there. I highly recommend Reiniger’s jewelers but will NEVER buy anything from Kay’s again!!! I’m stuck with a useless engagement ring because THEY lost my wedding band! Not cool Kay Jewelers, not...
Read moreI purchased a Levian sapphire necklace in June of 2019 after being told that they had amazing customer service and made really great quality products - and they ought to because $$$. Less than a year later and after no significant trauma to the necklace, the chain had stretched out so much that I could slip it off over my head and the pendant hung down inside of every v-neck shirt. I took it up to Kay’s and the manager Amy promised she’d figure something out to fix it - I was even willing to buy a new LeVian chain. She sent it to them and they were going to charge me $220 for a new chain, I approved this and they told me I could come pick it up. When I got there, LeVian had sent it back without the new chain. At this point I had been waiting two months. Amy said she would replace the necklace and was extremely accommodating. After a few hurdles, broken necklaces, and shipping delays, I got a brand new necklace with a perfect chain. All thanks to Amy. She was so nice and apologetic through this ordeal. It took 4 months, but I have a brand new beautiful necklace! I highly recommend...
