Dillard's Ladies — Local services in Melbourne

Got to say this place is a hit or miss. Never before have I seen a store like it. Xmas the Merritt island store really came through with have the items I was looking for as well as the gift wrapping. And this Melbourne location the perfume section sales attendants as well as Merritt island were top notch. But the cosmetics people were a bit pushy and really didn't have that level of customer service the perfume people have.. bought a smart watch for Xmas and had to come back to get it sized after multiple attempts to get the jewelry and watch department on the phone to verify that they can make the adjustment the operator asked someone sitting next to her if they did and they told me to just bring it in and yes they will size it for me. When I got there which was 4 days after Xmas the sales lady ' Danica' stated they were not doing any sizing or adjustments until after the new year due to the customer traffic! I looked around and was the only person there! She then pulled a sign from behind the counter which stated the same thing! Lol.. got to say she would definitely should be sent back to customer service School .. just don't get it.. but the jewelry shop in the mall did do the sizing of the watch for me no thanks to Danika or the jewelry department at Dillard's... It's still a nice store and the perfume...

Hi all, this is a shout out to the ladies who work at Dillards makeup counter. Thank you so much for being here and letting us experience the last of good old-style shopping experience of makeup counter tryouts. Even though it was close to closing time, Angellque went above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need and helped me sampling and matching Dior products and perfumes. And Gretchen is very knowledgeable and hip to modern products and trends, they helped me out so much. I know everybody shops online these days but please come support the local ladies who are letting us find a perfect fit, don’t be stingy for all tremendous help they provide with luxury products that you would not even be able to try when buying online. Please come support and buy at the store, their income is dependent on the consultations and purchases. ❤️they float between departments too, so help you with closing and other finds...

Today I had the privilege of going to the dress department looking for birthday dresses with a friend. Not only did tyou have have beautiful dresses but we were blessed to be waited on by Angelique who is beautiful inside and out. She helped my friend find several dresses to try on and gave her honest opinion and expertise! She was so patient when several more customers came to the department.

My friend ended up finding two dresses that looked wonderful on her and Angelique ended up steaming them. One of them even four times! Talk about patience!

Angelique went many extra niles for us and we were blessed to have her service. Dillards is fortunate to have such a wonderful...
