Man words cannot describe how amazing and mind blowing this place is. The store is a one of a kind the ambience the atmosphere and everything. The service was excellent the people were great as a matter of fact they’re the chillest people I’ve ever met. The people are lively positive and energetic. The place is just unique you’ll find everything that you want like Pokémon’s baseball basketball football and soccer they also offer free cards at one of the tables. This place deserves more than just a 5 star review if I could only give this place more than just a hundred stars I’ll definitely do it. Over all this place is amazing and I think people should go here I wish nothing but the best to the owners the staff and especially the lady in the pokemon section she was the nicest the sweetest the kindest accommodative and energetic. If I’m being honest I can’t find a stable card place to visit because of rude and narcissistic people. I was lucky enough to run into this shop and I was really impressed by it like this store is too good to be true. Today was my first time visiting this place and I will never regret paying the store a visit this store deserves the love and support from the community as for me. I will go back to this place every week or every 2 weeks and write an amazing review about this place I would love to tell my fellow collectors and the community that they should go to this place today. May this establishment live on succeed and reach...
Read moreI generally try to support local businesses if I can but I unfortunately cannot support this one. The prices are incredibly high. I understand that many local shops are charging market value right now and I understand why they do so. However, this shop is charging similar to what I've seen scalpers charging.
Pokemon TCG is in a tough spot right now with product being very difficult to find and it appears that this business is sadly taking advantage. Seeing them charge over retail for Lighting packs from Walgreens while the Walgreens just up the road is fully sold out is just sad. That's just the tip of the iceberg that I saw during my visit to this location.
The saddest part is there are actually a lot number of things I would have happily purchasd had this shop been charging market for their products. Sadly I can't in good conscience make a purchase from a business like this just like I refuse to purchase from scalpers online charging these same prices.
If you're willing to pay over MSRP please make your purchases from a business at least charging fair and close to market value for the products they're selling. Or wait. There are reprints coming for many of the 2024 sets so don't give into FOMO and pay these...
Read moreAs someone who has been in the hobby 20 plus years I’ve always tried my best to support my local card shops and shows. However this particularly store at both locations is astronomically over priced. We’re not talking 10-20$ over priced we’re talking atleast double what cards comp for which okay I get so you would think hey they buy so maybe they buy strong normally you expect a shop to pay 80_85% comps especially for case hits (Downtowns, colorblasts,Kabooms) I brought in a few downtowns for them to look at and Josh Allen downtown last sold for 565$ day prior they wouldn’t offer more then 250$ 40% comps. While they have a Jahmyr Gibbs in the showcase marked 170$ over last sold price like what??? I wouldn’t recommend any waste their time. They’re just there to catch people walking around the mall and parents who don’t know any better about pricing and values of cards. Not to mention you walk in and the staff doesn’t even great you if they do it hey what’s up and then right back to eating or texting or on the phone texting. I guess the hobby is getting way past the point of treating customers fair and being transparent. Just another shop that pays 40% of the items value and sells for 5x...
