Do not order delivery from here. The food is pretty good, as far as Chinese in the area goes. But I ordered food at 7:23pm, called at 8:28pm to ask where it was and was told the delivery guy was "on the way." At 8:43pm my food shows up. I happen to live 12 minutes away, so "on the way" meant "he'll be walking out the door in a minute, over an hour after you ordered your food." This was on a Tuesday night, by the way. It's not like it was a weekend night. So an hour and 20 minutes after I ordered, I finally get my food. It's not particularly hot, so who knows when it was actually cooked. Then the delivery guy gets to my door. I've been watching for him, I have the inner door open so it's just the glass/screen door because my baby and toddler are sleeping. I have a sign hanging on the doorbell asking that it not be rung because my babies are sleeping. But I heard the car pull up and the door is open, so I get up to meet the guy and I get to the door less than half a second after the doorbell rings. I open the door and say "dude, are you serious?" He looks at me and says "what?" I point at the sign hanging on the doorbell he just rung. He says, "oh I'm sorry." He asks me to sign the receipt and he says "may I ask why?" I say, "finish reading the sign, it says it's because my babies are sleeping." If I hadn't already tipped on the credit card when I ordered I wouldn't have tipped the man. Damn. Never again. So to recap: I will never order delivery from here again. If you want to, that's your business, and takeout would likely be fine, but the length of time it took me to get my food and the lack of concern over the delivery time from the woman who answered the phone when I called to ask about it have caused me to order from somewhere else...
Read moreI have no complaint on the food or how they’ve treated me all these years. I have been going there since they opened and we get Chinese every Friday night it’s our family thing 😀 tonight I was supplementing some left over PFChangs with a small egg fried rice and an appetizer of 4 wings. I ordered like I always do, picked it up we exchanged pleasantries, paid and I left. I was in a hurry and not until about an hour later when I was on my way back to the house it dawned on me that I just paid just under $17! WHAT?!?!? For 4 wings and fried rice (small) with an egg in it. Outrageous! Like I said I’ve been going there since they opened and I’m not that type of person who think it should still cost $5 (although that would be nice😜) I understand times are different but this is too much, someone has to start standing up and give some push back. I looked online for the prices and I noticed there was a dinner for my wings and fried rice for $11+ some change, now if you’ve seen me faithfully for YEARS why would not have told me that and charged me that price??? This is how a f why places loose customers, there is no more mutual respect, they give you good service, good meal, decent price and in turn you give them your loyalty. Well today and from now on, my loyalty will be not be here any longer. It will be hard pressed to find another that we enjoy but sometimes your principles have to out way your convenience. I am to say goodbye, hopefully this will...
Read moreI would like to start with that the Food arrived on time via Uber eats* I called upon received food because the orange chicken was soggy beyond normal. When I call I speak with Mandy and explain to her the situation and that I am willing to physically pick up a replacement order. She immediately tells me to contact Uber over 4 times I respond can I just bring the the full plate and you make another one and she said no. When she mentioned Uber eats for the 5th time I said I would like to speak to a manager and she hung up the phone. Today I walk in explain what happened and with the same tone was asked if I contacted Uber I showed them past 24 hours they can not do anything. Mind you I still have the full plate of orange chicken with me and still walked out china 1 with them having there manager/owner Ken giving me a call.....06/15/2022 update since this is small town I just found out that there is no owner/manager named Ken....he does not exist...this is so embarrassing on so many levels. The two men that were in the back cooking along side the cashier when i was inside the restaurant trying to get my order replaced are the OWNERS. Warning do not expect any customer service when the owners themselves lie that there not the owners plus the food is terrible much better options nearby belive me look around....
