Poke Bowl & Boba Tea — Restaurant in Florida

My friend and I came here after being told this place sells korean corndogs as well and came here to do so. After about 30-40 minutes of waiting we finally got our freakishly small corndogs. I think it was like 5-6 dollars and the corndogs were very small compared to real korean corndogs (or just normal corndogs in general). When I tried mine, I actually did get a cheese pull but unfortunately it pulled out all of the cheese because the inside was not fully cooked at all and there was just a block of cheese. It wasn't even warm, so I assume it's a frozen corndog or something and they just fried it? Anyway after taking my first bite I was shocked there was not a hotdog at all especially after I confirmed with the girl who helped me (who was very nice, the service wasn't bad or anything) that the hotdog version was wrapped in cheese and she said yes so I said I'd just order that one. I decided I'd just heat it up myself once I got home so I'd have melted cheese and when I did I was shocked again to see there was freaking uncooked rice cake at the bottom of the corndog??? I literally don't understand why I waited like 40 minutes to overpay for a tiny poorly cooked corndog with freaking rice cake at the bottom, which is definitely not what I asked for. I don't know this place well and their other food and drinks may be good but the corndogs definitely are not and shouldn't be sold here if they can't make them correctly or at least reheat it correctly because damn. I recently had a rather frustrating visit to this restaurant today. I placed my order and waited for 30 minutes, only to receive 3 out of the 4 items I had ordered - a poke bowl, a boba tea, and the harumaki, while still missing a chicken katsu I ordered. After I inquired about the missing item, the staff acknowledged their mistake by checking the receipt and assured me they would rectify it. However, I ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes before checking at the window again. To my surprise, they claimed they had heard me the first time but had "immediately turned around and forgot" about my order.

This level of forgetfulness is unacceptable in a restaurant setting. I requested a refund, and they provided it for the one missing item. As someone who used to be a big fan of this establishment, this experience was a huge disappointment. Having the same item forgotten twice and making me wait nearly an hour for a simple order is so disheartening. I hope my feedback is taken into consideration for future...

Very cute little place. There is ONLY outdoor seating which is important to know before you go. I love the way they decorated. It truly goes to show that you don't need much to have a great business. The whole outside is so aestheticly pleasing. I just love the vibes. The girl at the register is very friendly. I only saw her and one older lady knocking out orders at top speed.

It's definitely on the pricier side. It's easy to spend $20-$25 per person which is definitely a lot for lunch but it was was worth every penny because WOW. Incredibly delicious. Fresh, beautifully presented, just fabulous. I got a bowl and a boba tea and there's nothing that I didn't love. I kept eating after I was full because it was just too good. Plus, they also have these cute little loyalty cards for the boba teas which is why I'll definitely be returning even though I don't live beachside. They also have deals and specials! YAY...
