I went to this location for lunch on Monday, March 25th, around 11:00 am and 11:30 am. We went inside. The staff was preparing for the day, so the food was not in place on the warm bar (which wasn't a problem). The problem was the customer service. The young lady working the register was on her cellphone, making what I will assume was a business call (as she was on hold, with the phone on speaker) the entire time we were in line. We were in line for at least 10 minutes, waiting for black beans to finish cooking (we were quoted initially to be done in 2 minutes). The young person working the register and on the phone asked another colleague, "What is he standing there waiting on?" the other young lady replied, "I don't know," As though I was not there and could not answer the question. Shortly after, another woman walked in and asked one of the young ladies a question about a food product. After the young lady, being the warm bar, answered, she just began assembling the item the woman inquired about. The woman said, "Excuse me, ma'am," the young lady fixing the food looked at the lady and stared at her as if they were having a stare-off. The woman said, "Ma'am, I didn't order yet," and the young lady began aggressively putting the ingredients back on the warm back. One young man was serving up all the food from the start of the line to the girl who was putting on the top or folding he was walking the entire line. After a 20 min. wait, I reached the front of line. Out of rice brown and white. 8 min. wait on brown so I waited 2 min. for white. Out of black and pinto beans. He did offer to scrap pan. After another 2 min. pinto beans were ready. Poured them into rough looking pan that was in warmer. No chicken, beef, etc. wanted beef put got chicken, (shorter wait) it was a joke. I thought what else could go wrong. Then I get to check out. I scanned my apt. at register and asked the girl if it read it, she informed me that it did. Know more attention than she was paying to me I was surprised that she noticed. Of course, later when I checked my purchases, I saw it had not. Read moreI have just given this new location my third and last try. Portion sizes are ridiculous! Burrito bowls less than halfway filled every time! Super skimpy on everything, even the rice. I've never had such bad, dry food from any other Chipotle! The chips were super stale. One delivered order they put no guacamole on my bowl - I paid extra for it of course. First visit, I sat in the drive thru pickup line forever and no one ever came to the window. I eventually went in reverse and parked to go inside to get my food. Girl at the counter unapologetically said they didn't have enough help. Management, why not put a sign up? Why advertise yourself with this drive up service and not actually provide it?
