This is the best jewelry store in the Memphis tri-state area. yes, it might be smaller than some of the other jewelry stores like Sissy‘s log cabin but they built this massive big building so when you go in there you’re paying for their new big building it’s overpriced. It’s ridiculous and it’s outrageously, professional and lack of integrity. Everyone that works at diamond brokers Of Memphis knows exactly what they’re doing. The owner is so knowledgeable. He’s the best gemologist I’ve ever seen. they do not push anything on you. They are great sales, representatives eaves and a model for however every single person should do business. They have the best selection of everything. I walked into the jewelry store on Poplar next to AT&T and I saw nothing in there that was even remotely in interesting. but everything in diamond brokers Of Memphis is unique it’s fairly priced. They are so kind and nice. You will never be treated with disrespect. If you don’t buy anything they’re not gonna push it on you. They’re not gonna treat you terribly. They’re always kind. They’re always welcoming. They’re very fair. I was struggling recommend if you’re going to buy a piece of fine jewelry to only go to this location because you will otherwise get screwed over by people that don’t have integrity that jack up the prices because they want to build a new fancy big building and you’re paying for the cost of that building with that purchase believe me. I’ve done research on this. I know a lot about estate jewelry I always research. What’s comparable out there online on the Internet and it’s about twice of what it should be because the markup on fine jewelry can literally be Times 10 the normal standard retail markup is 2.5 so they will rob you blind if they can and they do but diamond brokers and Memphis will not do that. They will never do that.

please, before you buy anything at least go to them and talk to them before you walk into Sissy’s log cabin and spend $30,000 when you could get the exact same thing for $10,000 because that’s the fair market value. I was in the market to sale my flawless Tiffany's diamond that came special ordered from New York. Diamond Brokers bought the diamond and the process was very smooth. I was between Daniel Yacoubian Jewelers and Diamond Brokers. My brother, in the past, did business with the Yacoubians. However, he since has passed and I could not ask whether he was happy or not with their services (my dad always say's, "if you don't know, don't do it"). So, to be safe and my loyalties lying with my brother, I chose Diamond Brokers. I am very happy with that decision. I hope my boyfriend buys my engagement ring from them as well. A great place for jewelry. I had Samantha help me design an engagement ring for my now fiancée and it turned out amazing. She paid close attention to the details I was describing and offered other options along the way, too. Stephen was also a great help. He made sure I got the best bang for my buck with the diamond. And Julie was always able to answer my oddball questions. The whole staff there was extremely helpful.
