Definitely NOT THE LOOK. Where to start...the cashier took 10 minutes to ring up ONE customer because he didn't know how to work the system. Took 30 minutes for a drink even though it was just me and the one person in front of me that only ordered 2 drinks. Ordered a large and they served it in a small! When I brought it to their attention they poured it into a large cup and went to scoop a whole scoop of ice into it! 75 cents extra for large and you are paying just for extra ice! SCAM! Cherry on top was the drink was already made in a container I saw them pull from a fridge so I don't know why it took so long to make. Who knows how long it was sitting because it definitely wasn't mixed and very chalky like it was hours old. Super gross! Oh did I mention that on top on the normal 8.75 tax they add on a service charge??? When did this become a thing. No other boba shop does this and they still have the nerve to ask for more tip at checkout! WASTE OF MONEY! What a let down. I will stick to the other THREE boba shops in Menifee. I normally love it here! but today I came in for my regular the matcha green tea, but it was tasting very chalky it wasn't even drinkable, soo the guy tried to remake it for me but it didn't taste any better, I was very calm about it & asked to just get a different drink but there was a gentleman just sitting around in the back that told him no, which I didn't understand because I paid for it. so I politely asked for my money back which they gave me a hard time about... you guys need to work on your customer service! I got one of their specialty drinks and it wasn't the greatest but it wasn't bad. I was expecting more sweeter and less icy. There was so much chunks of ice in the drink! What milkshake has ice in their drink? Not only they my boba was ON TOP. For all the boba lovers, I know this is a pet peeve! Another major issue that caught my eye is the REQUIRED service charge? I've never been to a place that charges service charge? Why would I want to pay extra service charge for them messing up my drink? So BEWARE of their service charge.
