Pizza Factory — Restaurant in Menifee

We have been ordering from this location for years, up until today. My wife and I went in today to enjoy the Chargers game, have some beer and food.

First issue, they had stated before they were bringing the salad bar back, which is not true. We were told it is not coming back. No worries, can deal with that.

So we ordered our food and beverage, $52, handed them $100 bill, they went to check it, as they should. Came back and said we don’t take old hundreds, btw, this is not an old $100 bill, it’s the previous series lol. I asked to explain. I got the “we’ve gotten too many fake ones and don’t take them anymore” speech. I asked, don’t you have a pen to check if it’s real or not, to my surprise they DO NOT. If the store reads this, dollar store sells them you should invest the $1-2.

We could have paid with a card, however at this point I’m more frustrated with the fact they can’t invest in a $1-2 pen to check the bill and make a customer happy. And could have cared less that they were putting us in this position.

And, we had friends coming to meet us as well, which would have of course brought them more money.

In closing, I had them remove our information from their system and will never order from them again. Long time customer turned into a never again customer. And again, they didn’t care or apologize.

I really wish I could have at least 1 good experience visiting this pizza place. It's really convenient for me and my family but it's never been pleasant. This time has really been the final straw. Here are the pictures of their prize selection for a Tuesday night. After spending over 20 dollars for 2 young kids all they could muster up is just over 100 tickets each. Since all the smaller prizes were mostly gone the only options were a bracelet or Tootsie rolls. When we asked if we could at least pick the next prize up since that's all they had and they originally refused. It took getting a manager involved to finally let us pick prizes that were in the 200 ticket range that only cost them pennies in the grand scheme of things. It was just something we should not have had to fight for since they ran out of 8 of the 10 lower prizes to choose from. We were told by the manager that they are only restocked on Wednesdays so Tuesday is not a good day to come. They don't tell you that before you start playing their expensive games and mostly eat your tokens. Years ago this Location made the best pizza in Menifee. So tonight I offered to pay for pizza if I could order it, and I wanted to show my new man a good pizza not a "little Ceasars....!!. I requested a large 3 topping hand tossed pizza with sausage, black olive and mushroom. It was terrible. A $44.00 awful! The Red sauce tasted like spaghetti sauce. On top of this was meat, he said it tasted like ground beef crumbles! On top of that was cheese and the 3 toppings. Way to much and chewy. In addition I had ordered a dinner salad with ranch dressing. and no CARROTS the entire salad has carrots throughout! Following these major food changes which did not happen I ordered dessert. How can anyone ruin cinnamon stick pastry logs? Well failure again, strike three!! Very soft undercooked dough sprinkled with cinnamon. What a Hugh disappointment this entire meal was! I ate 1/2 piece of pizza. My boyfriend ate 2 and part of the salad. He's big on dessert and I can't type the nasty word he said but after chewing on it he spit it out!! I want my money back.
