I’ve bought two pairs of shoes from this place now. The first time they didn’t have my size so I had to settle for a color I wasn’t a big fan of. I went again last week and even when I compromised to try styles that weren’t my favorite, out of 5 different styles they still didn’t have me size. The sales lady was extremely pushy, and because I didn’t feel any red flags when wearing the shoes, I ended up purchasing half a size smaller than I normally wear. After wearing them inside for an extended period of time, they hurt my toes and I knew they weren’t going to work. I had them one week, with the box, all the tags, the receipt, and brand new condition. They were scrutinized like I’ve never seen anything scrutinized before. The lady kept asking questions to see if I had worn them outside despite me answering no every time. She finally agreed to the return but then pushed me to purchase another pair even though they didn’t have my size in the style I wanted. I said no and she finally processed the return. I’d swear these employees are paid on how much they sell as I’ve never been pushed so hard to settle for ANY pair of shoes (regardless of how much I disliked them) and I’ve never had a return appear so distasteful to an employee. She made it very clear she didn’t want me to return my item. It doesn’t make me feel confidant at all purchasing things from them, and from now on I think I’ll purchase from the brand directly. The uniforms and prices are great . However not their policy . I purchased uniforms from the on Saturday . I need red , the young lady brought them I told her the size I needed . However when I wore my uniforms to work I realized that they were to long and dragging . I called on Monday after I got off asking if I could return just the pants for the exact same color brand , and size just a shorter length . She told me yes if they have not been washed, worn , and tags on. Now if you ask me that is such an horrible rule . I didn’t want my money back or anything . However when I called the young lady exact words to me was “it depends” like what do you mean it depends? Does it depend what on if I’m white or black ? At first introduction I was greeted pleasantly by staff upon arrival. She recommended the type of shirts I was looking for and showed me to the rack so I didn't have to search. That was very nice of the teller.

They had a nice selection of outfits, gear, and shoes available. Very open space and laid out nicely. The floors and dressing rooms were clean which makes the experience more calming.

I found nice scrubs but needed a few more ordered for my size. I was grateful that the teller went over the order with me so I felt comfortable she was ordering right color, brand, and size. They shipped them right to my house so I wouldn't have to return to the store. That's important service to have for me. Shipping was about a week which is perfect.
