Recently came to this store with my husband after an unpleasant experience with one of your competitors. Let’s just say that Marc made everything better and we walked out more than pleased with everything we wanted!! The customer service was absolutely incredible. 10/10 will recommend sleep outfitters (in mentor) to everyone that is looking. I know my sister came the next day! As she is mattress shopping as well. We were treated with respect, not sucked into buying anything that we did not want or that was out of our price range. Marc knew his stuff. He answered any question we had and was so full of information/knowledge, so welcoming and caring, and most importantly he was so funny. I love funny. Great experience I can’t say it enough. You are so good at what you do, and you truly went above and beyond for us. First impressions are everything, and from the moment we walked into the store—we were taken care of! Choosing a mattress is never fun but luckily Dyana was working at the Mentor store when we stopped in. She was very friendly and knowledgeable never pushy!! so we felt comfortable making a decision to buy an adjustable bed, mattress and pillows. She made sure we were informed about everything from warranties to delivery, even calling later to be sure we were satisfied. Our delivery guys were on time, efficient and friendly while being careful with our home. Perfect! Diana was our sales rep and she was really helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to help us choose the correct mattress. She did not try to push us to buy a more expensive mattress but was only concerned that we were going to be happy and comfortable with our purchase. We found one that met our needs within an hour and she set us up for delivery with no problems. We went to Mattress Firm before stopping at Sleep Outfitters and was basically ignored. That's when we chose to go to Sleep Outfittters. We definitely made the right choice. Thanks Diana!
