Stopped in here with my fiancé two weeks ago to give them another try after watching the owner belittle a little girl and her father a few months prior I thought ya know maybe it was just a misunderstanding we love supporting small businesses, NEVER AGAIN will I shop here and I did call the bbb on them once I seen what I seen on this day, the owners daughter took advantage of a special needs little girl, after saying that she made a water bottle fall off the shelves and used the saying you break it you buy it with no written policy and no sign on the front stating that and who truly knows if the bottle was already broken and they just put it back waiting for the perfect moment to take advantage of someone, if you don’t want stuff falling off your shelves maybe you should put things in your store neater and or maybe buy glass cases this store is so messy and crowded it’s like they do it on purpose because they know that nobody is going to pay the outrageous prices that they have on There products, after the mom came in asking to see the policy the owner than preceded to belittle the mom and say that the girl having a disability is not an excuse.then proceeded to state that his children also have disabilities I hope that no one treats them this way one day and you try and defend them because you are honesty getting what you deserve for treating someone else’s child like this.. karma and Honestly it’s disgusting the way they treat people coming into there store. They need shut down or they need to re evaluate there small business and maybe take a class on how to treat people. Boycott this place!!!!!!!! I wish I could give negative stars because this place...
Read moreThis dude is a known scalper. will price gouce and make excuses. He tries to buy card packs from the other stores and buy them out and sell them at 4x the price. Just do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for anything in that store.
edit to reply to owner: this is my first review of this store. the fact that you think I have made multiple reviews tells me there are many other people are probably saying the same thing. I actually just came in to buy one piece cards and saw your pricing(packs you sell for 12+ that have a tcgplayer market price of 4) and went up the aisle to another store that would also sell them and they were sold out, but I did comment on your pricing to them and they even said you are banned from being able to go buy packs from that store because you are known to come try and flip them for 4x value after u buy out their stock. again to anyone reading this, this only proves my point.)
edit 3/10/25 to reply to his edit that he changed: so again you can't claim to sell this as a "secondary" market, and that is the reason for your extreme pricing. TCGplayer is a resource for the secondary tcg market. I took the liberty to show you all why this store should be avoided for price gouging. I took these pictures in his shop a few days ago. after I made the initial review and he replied to it saying he is a secondary market. Go spend your dollars in a real card and collectable shop. do not let your grandma shop here for the...
Read more(2/16/25) Quick edit: Ah, my mistake, you're absolutely right! A year or two ago I bought 3 packs of the halloween pokemon cards from your store for $5 a pack, I had no idea what they were, thought it would be fun to open... Well little did I know, you could buy the halloween packs in normal stores, 40 packs for $15 dollars. Now with some simple math, 40 packs for 15 bucks is about .375 cents a pack, divide your cost 5/.375 which gives me 13.33. So you're right, it was actually 13.33x more, not 5x. I'm sorry for doubting you.
These guys scalp Pokemon cards, newest sets included. They're able to be the first in line at GameStop whenever there is a drop, which is only a couple doors down from them, to buy as much product as GameStop will let them and just open it and price it for their own shelf.
They have the best advantage to beat us normal people who just want to rip packs, 1. They have a store at the mall and 2. he has a coworker who used to work at the same GameStop. It was literally him, his wife(?), and the coworker in the first few in line spots. After a few minutes, I walked by his store and saw him on the floor ripping everything open to price. From one shelf to the other folks.... But at 5x the price. Don't support this.
Also a few people in line the other week with me at GameStop all knew the guy and who he was, I'm not the only one who had something to...
