Oils & Auras Crystal Shop — Local services in Mentor

Great customer service is essential to keeping and or gaining a value customer who will keep coming back. I also believe customer service, while having a core valued system ensures your customers are satisfied and will come back. Today, 3 items were purchased here; a carry crystal pouch, and a set of cards. My issue is being charged for a pouch that was (marked with a sign as $12) The cards were $25. When the error was realized, the owner would not refund. Clearly the prices and signs are set by the owner, but one can feel tricked or cheated a bit when funds are taken. Sure, a free crystal was given, but the point was that the prices which were set by the owner weren't honored at check out. The plan wasn't to spend over $50! Please strive to do better...
