Vietnamese Pho & Grill — Restaurant in Mentor

I've been here twice. The first was okay, however my most recent visit in Oct, 2021 was not okay. The guy who was working that night was super aggressive and pushy for no reason. My friend and I were looking up at their menu to see what they have. This is located in the food court in Great Lakes Mall so naturally people might walk around and explore all their options before deciding which restaurant one may want to patronize. He kept rushing us and offered us samples. When we declined, he was almost offended. We didn't want to try any samples. We just wanted to look at the menu first! That put a bad taste in our mouth. We left, walked around, circled back as we didn't see anything else we wanted and we were tired and didn't want to drive somewhere else for dinner. When we returned, he had the audacity to pretend he didn't see us and purposely ignore us as if to teach us a lesson. We were so put off by that but we ordered anyway (in hindsight, we should've left then). The shrimp pho was good. The broth was good but the portion was rather small. The vietnamese spring rolls were not good. The deep fried spring rolls were good. I feel the prices are on the higher side considering it is in a food court. On my lunch break decided I'd like something out of the norm so I tried this place. I'm huge on customer service. The guy named Mike served me he was short & curt. I was asking questions as I wasn't that familiar with the food there he was so short answered and not a very nice person. Once he fixed my food I notice he only put 3 shrimp in my dish I asked how much for extra shrimp he said and I quote " $1dollar a piece we don't give out cheap shrimp" if it wasn't for the fact that I already paid for my food I would've walked away. The taste of the food was okay however THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I received was horrible horrible!!! Also it was a lady there as well she was starring at me as she was talking in her language to a young lady maybe her daughter again rude behavior, I was very sweet to them both and still they were not nice especially the man that served me. I FEEL IT'S OVER PRICED AND UNDERSERVED! It's ridiculous to be so rude and nasty to a customer, I was so excited to eat there lol I should've followed the red flag of why they were empty and others were full oh well never again. I ordered the curry chicken. They had no prices on their signage. My wife got Sarku chicken for $10, so I figured it would be similar in price. When I got to the cash register they said it would be $18 for one curry chicken w/ rice and an egg roll. I told them I was not expecting for it to be that much. They said they would take 3 dollars off making it $15. Their food seems higher quality than the other places at the food court so I agreed. The food was not worth it. It was way over priced and the egg roll was a pork roll that tastes like a hotdog in a spring roll.
