I recently had the privilege of being under the care of Dr. Pafford, and I can confidently say that she is a remarkable plastic surgeon who deserves extreme recognition. I contacted Quintessa to get a consultation for neck lipo and Buccal fat removal and apon seeing my facial injury from a dog bite Dr pafford was happy to evaluate it on the spot for me. I was told by the hospital plastic surgeons at the time of the injury it could not be fixed, and I called multiple independent plastic surgery practices over the years who all told me they do not do any trauma reconstruction. She gave me options and I gave her the trust to fix it. I’m getting married next year and thought I would need the photographer to edit it out of every photo, but now I’m confident I will feel beautiful in my wedding photos, without any need for photo editing to my previous injury. To describe Dr. Pafford, I’d say she has more of a type C personality with her work In the way that her extensive knowledge in the field is evident, she has great attention to detail and gives an absolutely beautiful end result, but what really sets her apart is she also has exceptional bedside manner. She has a nurturing quality that is rare to find sometimes in this field. As we spoke i became more curious about her and she was happy to tell me stories about her life. I found out during her service in the Air Force, she served as a reconstructive surgeon, specializing in assisting soldiers whose lives had been permanently altered as a result of their dedication to our country. This background shows in the care and respect she gives her patients. Having had a previous experience with a plastic surgeon for a breast augmentation, who treated me more like a project than a person, I can't emphasize enough how refreshing it was to be treated by Dr. Pafford. Her and her team went above and beyond to ensure that my needs are met promptly and efficiently. Whether it's answering questions, addressing concerns, or providing support, they were always there, ready to assist. They treated me like family. During my time with Dr. Pafford I felt like I was her only client. It's clear that she approaches every patient with the same level of dedication and care, making each one feel special and valued. My name is Linda, and I recently had a mini face lift/neck lift/lower blepharoplasty performed with the amazing Dr. Campbell. Words alone cannot express my sincere gratitude, for the first-class level of care I received from the entire family at Quintessa.

First, this entire process from start to finish was highly above average. I want to personally thank Lauren for her patience, kindness, and conscientious effort, to ensure that my experience was graceful. Lauren is beautiful inside and out, exceptionally personable, and not one question of mine was left unreciprocated. From the numerous Care Credit inquiries to pre-op/post-op care instructions, this gal is certainly special and the "Jack of all Trades."

In addition, the makers of the magic, Dr. Campbell and Ms. Alle, are truly an incredible father/daughter team. The surgical performance from these two professionals is exceedingly thorough, and I am wholeheartedly impressed with Dr. Campbell's level of perfectionism and artful skill. Along with being an immensely talented surgeon, and certainly a master at his craft, Dr. Campbell's wonderful bedside manner made my nerves dissipate immediately. There's a huge difference between putting on a pretentious demeanor, and genuinely caring about your patient; I can spot this a mile away. These two individuals take the time to ensure that you are not only comfortable, but that you hold trust in their abilities by ensuring all questions/concerns are addressed. Just like her father, Alle was a great comfort to me, as she held my hand and guided me along to ensure minimal discomfort. Alle's gentleness and enthusiasm absolutely made a difference, and I thank her kindly for everything she has done.

Quintessa and Dr Butz are amazing. I chose to have a breast lift with implants because I had lost all my breast tissue after getting fit. I wanted to feel femanine and sexy again. Dr Butz and his team were from the start calm, understanding, detailed and open about all that comes with this type of procedure. I had a lot of questions, they answered them all with sincerity, I changed my size and there was no judgement or push to be one way or the other.

The day of the procedure was smooth and calm. No one was rushing, the pre surgery team walked me through everything again and got my husband up to speed on how the day was going to go and what to expect afterward. Dr Butz went over things again just before the room was ready. After he was there to make sure I was doing well, he even called me that evening and his team a few days later to check in.

At my 1 week follow up I was concerned due to the swelling and everything that was going on. He and his staff reassured me this was all normal and everything was going as it should and to trust the process, listen to my body and be patient. They were 100% correct. By week 3 things were going well. 6 weeks I was good to slowly start working out again.

I am now at 6 months post operation and I LOVE My new look. I have full breasts that look great, feel great and make me feel so much more confident. I love that I can wear cute dresses and tops and everything looks great. Wearing a swimsuit is fun again for me. I am beyond thrilled I did it.
