Old Navy — Local services in Meriden

So I thought I could help someone out!!! The new store in Meriden CT has a sale that looks pretty great….. As a new addition to the BigY plaza, they want to incentivise their patrons to come in the door…… so you walk in and there are literally 40% off signs EVERYWHERE I literally mean EVERYWHERE and above those are 50%off for card holders!! Basically eluding that as a thank you you’ll get that off of your ENTIRE purchase!!? Now I’m usually really good at reading and understanding the fine print when it comes to sales but THIS one has signs EVERYWHERE IN THE STORE!!!! Basically making you believe that they’re giving you this great deal as a gran opening gesture!! When you get to the register it’s a WHOLE different story!!? Out of like 25-30 pieces like ONLY 4 were actually 40% off!!! Not cool Old Navy not cool!!!! Now that person that helped me, I believe it was Saida (forgive me if I butchered your name) was kind and helpful!!! Now onto the store!! VERY CLEAN and it should be its new but selection not so great for adult women, TONS of moo moo type dresses and repeats of styles in tons of colours but overall not happy with the adult females selection UNLESS you spend your entire day in leggings/t-shirts/tank tops/ and moo moos!!! Jean’s pretty good selection but ends there!!!! So hope this helps when you walk in knowing those sales (even though they’re on like every rack) are actually for very few items!!! On the bright side, you get a free (originally overpriced) hand...

Customer service deceiving. They told me if I signed up for a card my total would be lower. I told her I’d probably get Denied and she said my total would still be lower.. Well she had to switch Registers with another worker, So he took my info and told me that the bank was undecided about if I’m approved or denied. Which I was fine with because I wanted the discount!!! Well, he turns around and tells me that I can’t get it unless the card is actually approved… After I was assured that signing up I would get the discount regardless…. So that was super sneaky...

Had to return items bought online. The cashier was so rude and made a nasty remark about each return. I had wanted to exchange the items for the correct sizes if they were in the store. She didn't listen and processed a refund then started to check inventory for the items. I lost all the savings from using a coupon and cyber week sales because she didn't check for the items so I could...
