Store the one in meriden.The sale person mostafa lied too me about getting a 200 dollar promotion gift card,which i didn't receive. also charge me for insurance for my phone case that I Purchase Without telling me. Mostafa said oh you will get a free watch, which was not true, which i paid for the watch. Went back to the store multiple times and the employees and manager were very rude and keep telling me to come back next week and talk to the store manager. Came back and what a waste of time. Called customer service also they lied too me. Saying when the next Promotion comes around we will make it up too you. It's been way over a year and I called customer service multiple times and just getting the run around. now they are telling me there's nothing we can do. I have been around a long time and I don't think I have ever experienced such above and beyond customer service as I did with Luis. We had a lot of snafus involving passwords and pin numbers that we did not bring with us and had to return 3 times to get everything straightened out. Luis was always patient, cooperative, understanding, friendly, helpful, and never once did he show frustration. He went way out of his way to ensure that we got the biggest bang for our buck. He researched all the different offers available. All these things took a lot of time and never once did we feel like it was too much time. Read moreToday we needed a cell phone case for my husband's new Galaxy 24. We were helped immediately by Wilfredo who was so courteous and friendly. I hate going to places that are meant to up-sell you ( I get it, that's their job) and hassle you or try to get too pushy. Wilfredo was the exact opposite. He told us about the current promptions, options and watches available without making us feel pressure to buy them. I noticed also bilingual staff which is really helpful for all the Spanish speaking clients they serve in this area. A woman came in needing help in Spanish and they were ready and willing to help. All of the men working there seemed to have really great customer service skills. All customers seem to be at the forefront at this location....
