Copper State Beer Fest — Local services in Mesa

Copper State Beer Fest zero responsibilities for what really happened on January 13, 2024. This includes the VIP parking being first come first serve with under 100 spaces for thousands who paid, one line for with over 3k waiting at the noon time for VIP tickets with waits over 2 plus hours in line for those who waited, possible fire risk with zero support from your staff. Many banks, AZ Attorney General and other government entities reaching out to you and making you do better by issuing full refunds, hiring more staff and not misleading customers into thinking that no refunds excludes you from doing right by the customer. I, like many will be not returning, receive a full refund (my banking institution already issued mine) and not letting companies like you take advantage of people. You the people have to take the first step and make the contacts like I did. If not, this will happen again to you and many others. Don't fall for the fake 5 star reviews.

Great Beer Festival w a lot of craft brewers in attendance. There were a lot of different food trucks to choose from for eats w your “wheats”. The VIP ticket was worth the price. You got a two hour jump on general admission and get more beer as a result. The reason for 4 stars was the admission gate. It took 40+ minutes to get into the venue. Get there early and enjoy the brews w less lines. After 2pm you’re waiting 10 minutes in line for another round. Music on the grounds provided by DJ’s. I would love to see live music, the Blues or Reggae would pair...

My husband and I go every year and this is by far the worst year ever!!! The VIP tickets were such a waste! There was an hour wait in line just to wait anywhere between 15-20 mins in line for beer samples inside the event.. there wasn’t a VIP fast track as promised for people getting in after 12pm nor for reentry as stated in the event letter and it was so congested you couldn’t even walk 2 feet without having to say “excuse me” or bumping into people. So sad since this was a great event...
