This is my local and go to taco bell and I havent had any major issues and if its minor than its fixed right away. Tonight was different and off. I had just got home from a 6 hour drive and just wanted some food so I placed a mobile order. Payed extra for a large drink in my combo and $1 more for nacho shell taco. The guy working around 930pm 10/6/2024 I had never seen him before. Tells me over the speaker they have no large cups and no nacho shells, but doesnt try to remedy the situation except with "do you want a crunchy or soft taco? Okay..... so I asked him "since I paid extra for both items you are out of, can I just get 2 medium drinks no ice? (I didnt even want a different taco)" he said "sure, and a crunchy taco?" I just agreed and went to the window.
Started handing my drinks with ice...and now I could feel I was annoying him to have them be fixed, but he just agreed to the change in the order and it wasnt even my fault the items are out. I thought I was nice and understanding and this guy acted like I was a POS.

Read moreI go here quite often, and I pay with my debit card. Normally it’s not a problem since I go inside but sometimes i take the drive thru. Before they typed in my card manually and there was no problem. This time I go through they had to bring up another person and they tried swiping the card, I told them in the past that it gives issues swiping in the drive thru, the lady kept trying to swipe it anyway, then handed it back to me asking if I had another card, I asked if they could type it in and they said they did and it didn’t accept it, the lady was lying because all I saw her do is swipe it over and over again ignoring what I was saying and acting annoyed that she even had to try to secure this form of payment. I didn’t want to make a big deal about it so I gave them my credit card and it worked fine. I get home and guess what, my order is completely wrong! Not only is there customer service terrible, but I guess they don’t even care enough to even get the order right. It’s so strange because before this they’ve always got my order right and they’ve always at least TRIED to use my card. Which usually works. Definitely not coming back here. Pretty...
Read moreI used to work at a tacobell and I bought a cheesy bean and rice burrito. Being a former employee with tacobell, we are taught the portion of every item on the menu. Giving the fact that a cheesy bean & rice burrito requires one green scoop for the bean, One scoop rice, One pump nacho cheese, and a "z" motion technique for the creamy jalapeño sauce. I RECEIVED THE RED SCOOP OF BEAN, WHICH IS HALF THE PORTION OF ONE WHOLE GREEN SCOOP. HALF SIZE PORTION FOR THE RICE, AND EASY JALAPEÑO SAUCE (I did not ask for easy sauce). The ONLY two items correct with this burrito was the tortilla and the nacho cheese. The burrito was not rolled/folded per the training videos. My nacho cheese sauce was on one side of the burrito when it's supposed to be spread across other items of the burrito.
I feel like employees need to be corrected when it comes to portioning because we are spending our money to come back to this business. I do believe that the company has scales to weigh food items. PLEASE TRAIN EMPLOYEES TO BETTER FOOD SERVICE. Unless they were JUST trying to make the beans LAST untill closing time. Which isn't fair to hard...
