Peter Piper Pizza — Restaurant in Mesa

I went to a Birthday party yesterday for a 5 year old and 3 year old. From the eyes of the kiddos Peter Piper Pizza got a 5 star review!!! Which is probably much more important to them then why I gave 4 stars. The pizza was ok...think of cheaper frozen pizza...however everyone ate alot!!! They do allow you to bring in your own cake and decor including balloons!!! Make sure you bring plenty of paper plates, and napkins. ..I am an admitted germ-a-phobe so I would bring sanitizing hand wipes if it were me!!! 🤯

Positives- ample seating that allows your party to sit together -Being able to bring in your cake and small decor -Lots of games for the kids (and alot of the Dads to play 😀) -Refillable drinks -Kids earn tickets for games and can turn them in for a small prize -Great option to keep your home clean as well as beat those cool, rainy days we occasionally get in Arizona!!! -No cooking and very minimal cleanup (We helped clean our our mess, including all the gift wrap) -Tables were turned quickly once a party left

Negatives-Alot of young workers and the place was so busy they were out of drinks for 30 minutes while the staff worked on changing out the syrup--I happen to know from personal experience how quick and easy this is and at the time of our party no drinks were available 😕 It seemed to take too long and required every available teenager to figure this out -Expect loud!...How soon we forget what a room full of 3-6 year old parties get (it would be nice if there was a little division for each party) -Pizza was what I expected...totally fine for kiddos...not so much for alot of the adults ---Overall, I say a great option for a family with young children!!! We went to a 3 yr old bday party on Sat Oct 1st 3-5 p. There were 20 adults and 6 kids. It was very clean, the staff was wonderful and attentive and the kids had a great time. They had reserved us 2 long table areas with soft padded benches so we had plenty of space for people, food and presents. The pizza, wings with fresh celery and breadsticks were very good. There were plenty of small dipping sauce containers (ranch and marinara). There were a few leftovers and they gave us 2 small to go boxes. We got cups and pitchers to get our own drinks and ice which was great. They stored our cake and supplied plates, forks and a big spatula to cut the cake. The birthday boy who spent the last 3 years in lockdown loved his party! The price of the party was very reasonable considering how many people we had. We weren't sure how to tip though and I'm not sure it was on the receipt. With everything going on and so many people and staff, it wasn't clear who to tip or if we should. I don't ever not want to tip when we should. The staff should be paid well, keep it up! There were a couple broken fun games but I'm sure they'll be fixed soon. Perfect party. Everyone...

As I entered the building(masks required) and approached this little podium a employee asked if they could check my temperature. I agreed and so did my sisters (3 of us including me) and as we were picking out our table we noticed that the tables are arranged like a pattern(no seating, seating, no seating and so on). We ordered a large pizza, wings and drinks. It was just as good as usual. But to note, when you go to get your drinks only one family can be there at a time. We also played some games and 2 or 3 of them were not working. But you still are able to play games and use the tickets for prizes. The jungle gym(or play gym) is closed. An every employee was wearing a mask and I saw them cleaning up after people, throwing away there trash and wiping down the tables. It was a good experience and a clean one. An there was a few people there with family's there enjoying there time. An as a side note people (adults) didn't wear ther masks when they were eating/drinking at there table.
