Front end associates helpful and courteous. Asked for assistance from associate helping a young man in sporting goods. He said he didn't have keys for cabinet and was getting ready to go home. He would get someone to help us. The young man had already been waiting awhile for assistance. No one came aster the associate left "to get us help". Nor did he return. My husband scouted around for help and no one in the area, he even walked back to auto center. I found an associate in the hardware area. That older employee went to electronics, then came back, pressed the help button on the pole, called on the phone while actually called the store main number to get assistance. I finally walked to the front of the store and spoke to a Team Lead. By this time there were 3/three customers (including us) waiting for service. The Team Lead was not courteous or responsive. Just looked at me like a deer in headlights. She finally said someone was going back to help us all.... *Poor responsiveness and attentive service. *Store appeared cleaned and well...

I can't say enough about this store! Biggest, cleanest, most well stocked, and most well run Walmart I've ever been! The vast majority of employees are attentive, courteous, polite, helpful, and seem very dedicated and motivated in their work. Every department is well staffed with knowledgeable and friendly folks that are engaged! It's obvious they take pride in their work! Especially in the Deli department, where you'll find great people serving hot food! Amanda is an absolute GEM! Julia and Clement are two others, all of whom seem to enjoy helping customers in every way possible. I love their Chicken Tenders and Wedge Potatoes, and when I'm hungry, they're always hot and fresh, perfectly done! I also enjoy the Mac'n'Cheese, the Jalapeño Poppers, and the Mashed Potatoes! Generous portions, great prices, and always delicious! The Rotisserie Chicken is always a great buy, and the special care these folks use to prepare the food makes it all that much more enjoyable!...

Have to rate on a avg with experience considering all places listed...rating a 4.5 Shopped at Sportmans, the beauty supply, Wal-Mart, Gamestop, & Wendy's all good places to visit, haven't had a reason to say anything negative about either one, except for Wal-Mart there have been a few negative interactions with employees but the reason I still say they are also a 4.5 is due to their employee in the toy dept/bike area named Emmanuel, he was the best we've ever come in contact with. All retail employees should conduct themselves the way this man does. Great customer service, very friendly, & extremely helpful. Looked for a cruiser bike & we couldn't find what we wanted which was the bike not assembled & fresh still in the box, we were told by another employee that "...all bikes come pre-assembled you just pick the bike you want & we will ring it up front...we don't have any in a box, so..." Emmanuel found the bike we wanted brand new , in the box....
