Plus Update: Temporarily closed, not open yet. The owner is waiting for permits to legally start, however this location is ready to be open as soon as permits arrive! They were kind enough to allow me to enter and view their menu early, and he was also kind enough to allow me to try one of their menu items. Saffron Latte Iced. Delicious latte, I can taste the Saffron. Unfortunately they did not have any pastries for me to see , which is ok because the business isn't open technically! I am definitely coming back when they officially open and I'm excited to see what other items they will have. To those that tried coming and could not get any service. Please have a try again when they officially open and understand they are waiting for permits and there cannot be any service without it. i think it's rude to give a poor rating for something you have yet to have the chance to be serviced for. it's not technically open for God sakes. i was only lucky to be able to just walk around the location.
update: came back today finding out they are now open. they had all their pastries available, tres leches, frosted cookies, baklava, muffins, and Dubai chocolate. had today pistachio coffee(hot or iced) and mufawar coffee (only served hot) were both good. all staff are very nice. they allowed us some samples of their baklava (classic, pistachio, and Nutella flavored) all were delicious. personal favorite the Nutella. they sell Dubai chocolate and worth what they are. Also tried an item served heated in an open oven (spinach and onion filling, tasted like savory lemon...

This coffee shop just opened in the area, and my wife and I decided to check it out. We weren’t sure what to expect at first, but wow—this place is something special!
The coffee is incredibly smooth and rich, unlike anything we’ve had before in AZ. It’s clear they put real effort into their craft, and it’s refreshing to see a small business bringing something unique to the community. Alongside our drinks, we tried some pastries, and they were just as impressive—fresh, flavorful, and the perfect pairing.
One of the coolest surprises? They have a large pizza oven right in the shop, where they make fresh cheese and meat pies. We couldn’t resist trying them, and they were absolutely delicious—a warm, savory snack that complemented our coffee perfectly.
The shop also serves refreshers that looked amazing, and we’re excited to try them next time. On top of that, they sell adorable mugs, tote bags, and even their own coffee beans, so you can bring a little of the experience home with you.
Beyond the food and drinks, the atmosphere is welcoming and cozy, and the staff is incredibly friendly. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and their craft.
If you’re in the area, this is one spot you don’t want to miss! Whether you’re grabbing a morning coffee, a quick bite, or just looking for a chill place to hang out, this place has you covered. Highly recommend...
Read moreI was really excited to try Moka & Co after browsing their website—it’s beautifully designed, with an inviting atmosphere and amazing-looking food and drinks. Unfortunately, the actual experience didn’t match the online appeal.
The store itself felt bare, not cozy or welcoming, and had a strong Fabuloso smell. The pastry selection was scarce and looked old. Our drinks took a while to come out, which was fine, but my request for an extra-hot latte couldn’t be accommodated. Instead, they assured me it would be piping hot, but I could drink it right away without waiting. My friend’s black Turkish coffee smelled oddly like marijuana and was undrinkable. My husband’s refresher was just okay, and his German chocolate cookie, which was supposed to be warm, wasn’t. My biscoff latte was fine, and my other friend’s iced lavender matcha was just okay.
The staff was nice, though they seemed new, which may explain the long wait despite the place being empty. I’m glad I gave it a shot, but the reality didn’t live up to the online image—definitely a...
