I’m in love with this store! It’s worth a trip just to see the decor, but once inside you’ll find it hard to pass on the treats. The theme is Willy Wonka meets Alice in Wonderland meets Candy Land. You could spend hours looking at every little detail. I was there for a couple hours having snacks and drinks with friends and was constantly discovering new interesting details. There is literally something for everyone! Sugar-free, dairy-free, vegan, gluten-free, keto, etc. They have a variety of unique canned and bottled beverages, dipping dots ice cream, and every kind of candy imaginable. They have stuff for fans of Harry Potter, Star Wars, Bob Ross, Pez, and other fan favorites. There’s jewelry, pillows, and giant sizes of favorite candies. There are several Instagram worthy picture spots throughout the store. I can’t decide which is my favorite - the giant flowering tree, the bubble gum wall, the corner chair… It’s a great place to come with kids, adults, friends/family and anyone who appreciates candy, nostalgia, art, and imagination. I have allergies and dietary restrictions and was able to come away with a pretty decent haul of goodies. I love that kids with food allergies who are often restricted and lose out on the experience of getting treats from public places now have a place to experience the joy without worry.

No time to say goodbye, HELLO! I’m late, I’m late, I’m late! Today I walked into the pink door at Mad Candy and loved every sugary minute. Who knew Dr Pepper Cotton Candy is freaking delicious?! What a fun spot! If you park in the lot behind the building you get such a fun experience while checking out an awesome mural. Once through the pink door you’ll enjoy a few more quirky things on the walls and start your candy journey. While some of the candy items are pretty basic; there are some old school items from abba zabbas as well as specialty sodas. I love the many instagram worthy photo spots. Prices are a little high, but it’s a specialty shop and those who find this place are here for fun too!

This is a candy wonderland in downtown Mesa. You cannot beat this location. If you're out and about with family it's a fun place to stop and support your local small businesses. They have different types of unique candies. You have an amazing assortment of jelly beans with all the crazy flavors. They have the saltwater taffy, gummy bears, gummies, pickle flavor, pocky, Dippin dots, and sodas. Everything is reasonably priced, unlike the places at the mall. They also have great spots for photo opportunities inside.
