I was amazed by the service and quality I received as a customer at Muralts! After I got engaged, I went into their store for the first time to get my rings resized. They were incredibly kind, friendly and clear about the process. When I got my rings back, they looked just as before and fit me way better! Every time since that I have come in, they have remembered me and given me great pricing and discounts! When one of the small diamonds fell out from my ring they replaced it, no problem! And when I want my ring polished, I go in and they do it for free. Even now, I am writing this review not only because I love this Jeweler shop, but because they offered to fuse together my engagement ring and wedding band if I simply wrote an honest review for them! If you are in need of any services for your rings, go to Muralts. They will be my only choice of Jeweler shop as long as I live in the area! Side note: Their location is in downtown Mesa, however I was happy to discover that they actually have parking directly next to their building for easy access...

I went to several jewelers in the greater Phoenix area looking to hire one for an engagement ring project.
