I've given this place several tries to really make the trip worth it, but every time I've left disappointed. I enjoy the food, but the staff make going here a nightmare. The four times I have gone through the drive thru, I have had AT LEAST 15 minute wait times, even with only 3 to 4 cars ahead of me. Last night, I ordered my food after waiting about 10 minutes to pull up to the drive thru menu. I ordered a spicy sandwich (single) and a spicy sandwich meal, which the girl over the speaker confirmed to me. About 15 minutes pass, and I'm finally at the window, which I had to wait another minute or so at because the girl who was trying to take my money was too busy giggling and hanging out with her coworker. The entire staff, it seems, are teenagers, and each time I've been through there is more hanging out than work getting done, from what I can see. Anyway, I wait much longer than is worth it at this point, and I'm handed a single small bag. It seemed too small for my order, so I tried to clarify-- "this is a sandwich, AND a sandwich meal?" The boy replied "yes, sir." I pulled up to the parking lot to verify, and I was correct-- only a single meal, no additional sandwich. I walked inside, addressed the boy who handed me the bag, told him it was wrong, and another boy said "Oh, his other sandwich was right here," and I'm handed it. Was very disappointed in the food and the communication on what the price would be for two pieces of chicken, a biscuit and red beans and rice for $9.52 was the price. When I asked for the price before I paid I was given three different prices.âšď¸
When I asked to speak to the manager just to get feedback the manager said, you can call corporate and I said whoâs the manager she said her name which she said it so fast I couldnât remember. Will not EVER be going back.
Very disappointed that I feel that theyâve gone downhill and instead of being customer focus, all they are is about putting out some Mediocre food and getting rid of you.

My recommendation would be, do not go back to this location if you want a bad experience with poor quality of food, but more specifically poor quality service

   Read moreI have been to this location twice since it opened and the food was okay, I suppose. However, my 2nd visit was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The dining area was closed so I had to use the drive-rhru and the person on the speaker said she couldn't hear me even once I turned my truck off. So, I went to the window to order (after waiting for the vehicle before me to complete their transaction) and was told that the person behind me had already placed their order and they couldn't fill mine until they were cashed out. They asked me to go around again and, of course, when I got to the other side there was already another car ordering before me. So, I waited for quite awhile and then finally got my turn. Once done, I drove straight home (about a mile and a 1/2) and was just outside my front door when I heard a distinct 'thunk.' I looked down to see my container of green beans at my feet. The tub had come right through the bottom of the bag and the bag was dripping. Turns out that the lid on the container wasn't on tightened and that buttery sauce ended up leaving a greasy- and permanent- staino my jacket.
