Shirts 'n' Things — Local services in Mesa

I've been going here for roughly 20 years and I have to say that I'm extremely disappointed with my latest experience with Shirts 'n' Things.

I purchased a couple of shirts and washed them how I would with any other graphic tee, including others that I had bought from Shirts 'n' Things. This new T-Shirt's graphic got completely destroyed in the wash as if it hadn't been cured correctly.

Now normally I wouldn't write a review like this, because I totally understand that it isn't Shirts 'n' Things that manufactured the shirt and that they're not the ones who may have messed up the curing process. The problem is that I reached out to Shirts 'n' Things regarding this and they failed to respond or follow-up.

It's a bummer because I have always championed this place to friends, family, visitors, etc. looking for unique places in the valley. but the lack of follow-up has made me question about doing so in the future. It's a bummer because there are very few physical stores still like this that are locally-owned. The problem is that if this happened with an online retailer or another physical store, I think it would have been...

Do NOT buy jewelry from this place, I paid 100$ for 4 items, the 2 rings were overpriced by about 13$ (I found them both for 12 on amazon) the chain I bought is tarnishing even though it's supposedly stainless steel and the cross I bought which was essentially 3 stacked on top of eachother the 2 smaller ones broke off as if they were just hot glued together, overall horrible quality for the chain and the cross and overpriced rings. Never buying jewelry from here again.

Edit: fixing a mistake I made in the review after seeing how many views I was getting, the Employee never outright told me that the chains were stainless steel but instead told me they "thought" the chain I bought was stainless steel. It still does not excuse the fact the chain was almost 30$, and also I would expect the employees to know if the chains bought would be stainless steel or not but that is more a criticism of the Management than it is of the employees as they couldn't have known if management hadn't told them in the...

So today I was just minding my own business having lunch with my mother and letting her know that I was expecting my second child she then rushed me to shirts n things immediately to get out of my high heeled boots and into some lower platforms (significantly less risk of falling in).
