Food is usually excellent. Been having trouble ordering through the app (says temporarily unavailable) most of the time at the southern ave location. Also still has only chicken kali mist on the app for this location even though they have turkey. Called in like I keep having to do because the app isn’t working for this location. Typically call 5-10 times just to place an order because no one answers and goes to their voicemail. At least pick up and put on hold (if they aren’t concerned about how much business they lose because of this, they should look at their missed calls log). When your app says temporarily unavailable and I call multiple times and no one picks up, how else are people supposed to order other than walking in?
Finally got someone on the phone (3 calls this time). Confirmed they had turkey since app only shows chicken kali mist available (other locations have this fixed and show the correct turkey cali mist (original meat that comes with this sandwich). Picked up my sandwich after confirming the kali most would be with turkey and added mushrooms and black olives.
This was my first and only meal of today (at 8pm) and come to find I have mixed greens instead of their normal lettuce and chicken instead of turkey.
I have been going here for years and at this point I can’t deal with the added effort I have to exert just to place an order with this location. 5-10 calls on average just to get someone on the line, an app where you can’t order for this location a majority of the time. And my last straw with my order being wrong.
All this compiled into one order has forced me to write this review. I’m very good at being patient with one to two of these ordering issues every time I try, but all three at once was pretty frustrating to say the least.
One more factor is their rewards program through the app, when I can’t order through the app, I have to get a printed receipt and the last two orders I’m pretty sure have not applied points to my account, even though I scanned the barcode using the app off the printed receipt. It says some error that they are having trouble finding the barcode numbers input and that if approved will apply the points after a certain number of days (which I don’t see it has).
The quality of food is always good (when your order is right) and if you are looking to dine in, I’m sure the experience will be great.
Ordering for pickup/delivery can be a nightmare especially today on Halloween (pun intended).
Once I see the credit issued back to my card in 1-3 days, I’ll see about upping my review. Spent 15 minutes writing this and still have not eaten...

She confidently ordered two LA Canna subs with a bag of chips, and we settled in. Her sandwich arrived first—golden, toasted, practically glowing—while mine was conspicuously absent.
By the time she had finished her meal, I finally rose from my seat (with the solemnity of a man about to deliver a speech) and inquired about the situation. It turned out the cashier had forgotten to ring up the second order. Normally, such an error might earn a black mark in my mental ledger. Yet here, it became the turning point of the evening. Without hesitation, the staff apologized sincerely, offered my missing LA Canna free of charge, and, to my delighted surprise, included two Rice Krispy treats as well. One could say the mistake was… deliciously profitable.
Now, the sandwich itself: sublime. The LA Canna is, without hyperbole, the finest toasted sub I’ve ever encountered. The bread crackled delicately under bite, while the fillings melted together into a flavor symphony that had me briefly questioning whether sandwiches might in fact be humanity’s greatest invention. I intended to critique it with restraint, but somewhere between bite three and bite four, my inner critic loosened his tie, leaned back, and whispered, “Bro… this is it. This is the one.”
Even the Kool-Aid deserves acclaim. Expecting a syrupy sugar-bomb, I instead received a refreshing, balanced drink that was nostalgic without being juvenile. Dare I say, it was sophisticated Kool-Aid—if such a thing exists.
What began as a service error transformed into one of the most unexpectedly joyful dining experiences of my life. When my food was brought out there was 3 little sides of ranches only on the tray. The girl who brought it kept saying all u paid for was 3 ranches tho at that point I wanted to pack my food up and leave I asked for foil and a bag and she proceeds to print out my receipt and point at the part that says I paid for 3 ranches only.. listen lady we went up to the counter to pay for more ranch already I know how many I paid for that was just nasty of her. I would think with a 50 dollar food order with a tip that I could at least have a couple sides of ranch for free with the 2 12inch subs I got but apparently not.
