Boba Tea Company — Restaurant in Mesa

OMG I am a stickler when it comes to Boba, but after drinking the boba from this boba tea company my pains were alleviated and my soul was quenched. I've never experienced a more pleasurable high from a drink before and it was as if the ice from Mount Everest and the was blended into the drink itself... just perfect. I don't want to believe such a perfect drink could exist, but there I was, and amongst the pains and woes perhaps I shan't partake again. THIS IS A WARNING THOUGH, since my initial taste of this company's drink back in 2016 I have not stopped going well into 2021, I have been consumed by my once consumption and I fear that this habit will one day cost me my life, but in the end was it worth it... yes, yes it was. Dear people. There has been a boba shortage this past summer. If you haven't noticed covid has caused a lot of shortages. Please don't be a Karen/quit taking it out on the employees and company (they have even posted signs notifying cutomers). My review- I've been a customer here for 4 years now. The staff has always been friendly. This was the best boba place nearby for quite a while but a number of newer places have popped up that are more "gourmet." That said their boba is always well made/never hard. The drinks are overall decent. If you are a member they do have some good coupons. My biggest complaint is they got rid of the rooibos for those of us who don't/can't do caffeine (and like rooibos). I also wish you could adjust the sweet levels like at the...

Never had a problem with this place and have been here numerous times. One time they were out of tapioca balls but that is completely understandable because it was a very busy day. They are not magicians that can snap their fingers and make more stock appear. Lots of people in the reviews complaining thinking human beings are machines that don't deserve breaks and should be working at mach speed. The drinks they served me have always been good and exactly what I ordered. I wish they offered some more basic/traditional flavors like plain honeydew melon or thai tea, but their menu selection...
