I brought my husband back and once again Samantha was so helpful. After we got our new phones we were stumped how to complete the transfer and turn off our old phones. One more trip to the AT&T store and Samantha greeted us like old friends. Was so very helpful, answered all our questions and completed the set up of our new phones and tablet. We walked out feeling like we could come back anytime and get answers and help. So grateful for this kind of service and assistance in this world.
