KeyMe Locksmiths — Local services in Mesquite

I called keyme locksmith the first time at 5:30 p.m. letting them know that I was locked out of my house. 3 hours later I was still waiting. I never received an update report from them only that I would be notified as soon as the locksmith was done with the previous job. I finally was able to get in touch with mesquite loc doc who then called me back immediately and i was told that they would be at my home within 15 to 20 minutes. Mesquite Lock Doc was professional, caring, responsive, and their work was of good quality. Their prices were fair. I would not give keyme any stars at all because of your poor customer service. After mesquite lock doc came to my house I called to cancel my request with your company to be told at that time - by a recording - that there were no technicians...
