Over the four years I have lived in town, the service at this store has been slow and I've waited up to one hour to pick up a prescription and/or get a vaccine with an appointment. Today was the straw and the last time I will shop here for ANY reason. I got a call from my doctor's office at 4:05 pm today that I needed an antibiotic. I waited until 4:35 to go so that the pharmacy had time to process it, knowing they now close at 5pm! When I arrived at the store, the drive-up line had approximately 12 cars in line. That's okay, I don't use the drive-up. I walk inside and head toward the pharmacy. I am told that the only option is the drive through. WHAT? So I go back to my car and get in the line that has NOT moved at all. I am in line for 15 minutes when I see a worker come out and start talking to a person 8 cars in front of me, then 7, 6, etc. When she gets to me at 4:57pm I am told they are closed now and will be open again tomorrow at 9am. I drove off angrily and quickly. I did not respond to the employee, she would not have wanted to hear what I had to say. It is incredible how incompetent the organization is in Mesquite, and always has been in my opinion. I understand that finding help has been difficult since 2020, but this is beyond unacceptable.    Read moreThis place is mediocre at best. Hit and miss in terms of friendly or helpful staff. Today my wife did a FedEx return and first employee would not assist and was rude/discourteous. Another employee stepped in and helped but first employee didnât bother to apologize when they were wrong. The pharmacy is the worst Iâve ever done business with. Inaccurate prescriptions, duplicate errors - itâs laughable but tragic. District management is terrible, which is probably a big reason why this store is terrible.    Read moreThe team lead ROCIO! Is incredibly rude, would not honor valid coupons. We asked to speak to the manager, she told us no that we had to call customer service. We came back inside to make a second purchase with the coupons that were JUST printed. Completely valid coupons that she refused to overrride since it was the system that wasnât working. Two of her coworkers had to come and tell her to override it. Iâm not sure why she was dead set on not honoring the stores coupons. If you donât like your job, donât work there. Donât work for a company that offers coupons if you hate the people that come in to use them. No reason to have been treated this poorly...
